RadioPopper 15-Day Return Policy
We care about your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to RadioPopper within 15 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below:
All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. If all conditions are not met, RadioPopper reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
RadioPopper can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or equivalent model.
Please allow 7-10 business days for exchanges to be processed.
Refunds & Credits
Once we receive, inspect and approve your item(s), we will credit your original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your account. Please note: Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable and any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

STEP 2: Pack your item for shipping
- Place your item in the original packaging.
- Place the original package into an appropriate shipping carton.
- Please do not write on or place stickers/shipping labels on the original product packaging.
STEP 3: Ship your return
- We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
